I think it was truly a miracle Argentina managed to win WC with Lautaro -- saw him mess too many chances in key matches.

They didn't win with Lautaro, after the 2nd group stage game he was benched by Álvarez, who thankfully stepped up and delivered for the rest of the tournament

He still had some big misses against Australia which lead to the last gasp chance being saved by Dibu. Could have easily ended 1-1 and gone to penalties. I'm glad he got the winning penalty against the Netherlands, so at least he contributed in some way to the win, but his form with the NT has been yikes for a while now.
