Watching Dan Burn trying to play football is like watching Texas chainsaw massacre. Willock and Longstaff Offer no drive forward and unfortunately Isak and ASM just get bullied off the ball. I really Hope Bruno is able to add several gears to the team because at the moment the midfield + attack seem to have no fight or ideas in them, with exception of Gordon and Big Jo. On a bright note, Botman, Schar and Pope are mountains.
ASM looked like there was nothing wrong with how he landed. His knees were bending and everything. I think he just wanted out, look like he gave up.
I was shocked at how horrendous Isak was, everyone who’s been saying to drop Wilson will be begging for him next week against Liverpool.

I don’t think it’s a case of intensity has the players burnt out, I think it’s more a case of teams are dropping deep closing out the right, when ASM is playing they let him drift and just stand off him and let him run himself out of an attacking threat, individually there’s a lack of quality to make something happen bar a few, so if teams sit deep and hit on the counter they’re looking likely to nick a goal or a draw, if we’re gonna keep playing the same we need to come out the blocks and get an early goal so they have to chase the game and open themselves up

Still much prefer to current circumstances than watching 11 behind the ball and hope we win in injury time from a set piece.
